Free online training and software that supports vulnerable groups, including tools that help senior citizens and caregivers.
The Constitution commits the Foundation to leverage technology to expand equitable access to knowledge and services. In practice that means two things: free online training that anyone can take on a phone, and putting useful software in the hands of people who could not otherwise afford it.
